You conduct a complete medical history consultation with an actor patient. Communication skills, empathy and specialist vocabulary are assessed.
You present the case orally to a colleague or superior. Technical accuracy and medical terminology are assessed.
You write a medical letter or patient record for the case. Correct written expression and structured format are essential.
First complete a general German language certificate at C1 level (Telc C1, TestDaF or DSH). Without this certificate, FSP registration is not possible.
Submit your application to Ärztekammer Berlin. Include all documents (certificates, photo, C1 certificate). Current waiting time in Berlin: 4–14 months.
Attend our AZAV-certified FSP preparation course. Intensive training in all three exam parts, simulation of exam situations, feedback from experienced lecturers.
